Exchanges (UAE Only)
If you change your mind about a product, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for UAE orders only.
Your item must be:
- Unopened and unused in original sealed condition
- With all original packaging and tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items
Your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect? We'll replace it or refund you immediately — no questions asked.

UAE, GCC, everywhere we deliver.
Action required: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@shineskoreanbeauty.com with photos of the damage.
Items We Cannot Accept
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept:
- Opened or used beauty products
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
This applies even if the product is unused. Opened items pose hygiene concerns we cannot overlook.
For GCC Countries (Outside UAE)
Due to shipping complexity and costs, we cannot offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases from GCC countries outside the UAE.
However, if your item is damaged or defective
We'll replace it or refund you in full, regardless of location. No exceptions.
Return Shipping & Costs

We cover 100% of return shipping costs.
For exchanges (UAE only)
We may require you to cover return shipping for change-of-mind exchanges from GCC countries.
Replacements ship free
No customs charges on replacement items — all duties covered.

3. Get return instructions
We'll send you return shipping details and a prepaid label if needed.
4. Ship & track
Send your item back. We'll dispatch your replacement immediately upon receipt.
